He is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has worked in different organizations and has vast experience in Accounting including IFRS implementation, Assurance, Tax, Financial management and research development.

He was key to the development of research and finance projects for Julius Berger Nigeria, an organization he worked for several years before joining Richstand Consulting a senior Partner.
